Sean Kissane – President, Chief Executive Officer
Sean Kissane is a seasoned professional experienced in managing professional services organizations. He was the Vice President of Business Development for many years prior to assuming the roles of President & CEO. He has significant experience in business development and building successful business partnerships and client relationships. Sean has expertise in the evaluation, development, sales and delivery of professional services solutions and development of “go-to-market” strategies.
Marilyn Cole, CPIM – Project Manager & Senior Supply Chain / Manufacturing Consultant
Marilyn joined the PHOENIX team in 2003 and has been helping clients implement BPCS and ERP Lx since 1985. She enjoys learning about each client’s business requirements and searching for process improvements with the effective application of software tools. The challenges of a pharmaceutical company, a food and beverage company and even a manufacturer of socks, all provided opportunities for learning that resulted in effective process change. Marilyn excels at business opportunity assessment assignments and the subsequent implementations of the recommended process improvements. Marilyn has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Connecticut.
Mike Laux, CPIM, CIRM, CMA – Project Manager & Senior Financial / Manufacturing Consultant
Mike Laux has 30 years experience with 18 years working in a variety of industries including automotive, electronics and apparel and the last 12 years as a business consultant. Mike has experience with ERP implementations and supply chain process improvement with particular focus on MPS and inventory management. He has helped with the implementation of new financial systems using ERP Lx. Mike has also taught business process improvement classes. Mike has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration & Accounting from Indiana University.
Dave Green
Dave Greene is a graduate of the US Naval Academy and received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT. His Naval Service included assignments in ship design and operating engineering. After leaving active duty, Dave became a Section Manager for Westinghouse R&D, then Director of R&D for Fisher Scientific Corp., both in Pittsburgh. He subsequently joined DeVilbiss Health Care in Somerset, PA as the Director of Operations. He later became their VP of R&D, the position from which he recently retired. He is currently the Chief Technical Officer of Skipjack Consulting, LLC.
